If you’re considering joining, we hope these answers help!

💬 Q1: Is it really free to get started?

A: Yes! You can join the Japanese community right away just by joining our Facebook group. Plus, you’ll have access to free content, such as our “30 Meetings” live practice sessions.

💬 Q2: I’ve never used Facebook before. Is that okay?

A: Yes, that’s no problem at all! I’m sure you’ll get used to it in no time. If you are hesitant to create an account, we highly recommend joining our Facebook group as we provide a lot of useful content for learning Japanese.

However, if you are unable to create an account for any reason, please let us know. We would be happy to provide information regarding the free “30 Meetings,” our paid lessons, or any other requests you may have.

💬 Q3: Are the lessons live or pre-recorded?

A: Both are available!

A: That’s totally fine!
NIPPONGO™ is designed for learners of all levels — even complete beginners.
We’ll match you with the right materials and teachers for your level, so you can learn comfortably.

💬 Q5: Who are the teachers?

A: Our teachers include licensed professional Japanese instructors (Japanese nationals) and friendly Thai teachers who have mastered Japanese and specialize in helping beginners.
All instructors have experience teaching both in Japan and abroad, so you’re in good hands.

💬 Q6: I’m busy with work or childcare. Can I still manage?

A: Absolutely.
The program is built to be flexible — you can study anytime with just your smartphone.
Many of our students are working adults, parents, or people living overseas.
